Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens — kids get sick, emergencies come up, and plans change. I always aim to be understanding and flexible when I can. However, as a small business owner, my time is valuable, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact not only my schedule but other clients as well.
To help keep things running smoothly for everyone:
A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be marked as a no-show.
No-call/no-shows will also be marked accordingly.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will need to be rescheduled and will be marked as a no-show/late cancellation. This is to ensure I stay on schedule and respect the time of clients who arrive promptly for their appointments.
After 3 no-shows, you will be required to prepay in full for any future appointments. Please note: prepaid appointments are non-refundable if you fail to show up.
